40 Years of Microelectronics Excellence

Since 1984, Integrated Hybrid Assembly has been the trusted manufacturing partner for defense contractors, aerospace primes, and medical device manufacturers who demand zero-compromise quality in hybrid microelectronics.

Built on Precision, Driven by Reliability

Integrated Hybrid Assembly was founded in 1984 with a singular focus: delivering hybrid microelectronics that meet the most demanding military and aerospace specifications. What started as a 3-person shop in a 5,000 sq ft facility has grown into a 45,000 sq ft manufacturing center with over 80 employees, serving programs on six continents.

Our founder recognized that hybrid integration — combining multiple ICs, passive components, and discrete devices on a single ceramic substrate — offered performance and reliability advantages that monolithic solutions couldn't match for high-stakes applications. Forty years later, that insight remains our foundation.

We operate a Class 5,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom, maintain MIL-PRF-38534 certification, and employ a team of process engineers with an average tenure of 14 years. Many of our customers have been with us for over a decade — not because of contracts, but because of consistently delivered quality.

Our Core Values

Every decision we make is guided by three principles that have defined us for four decades.

Precision

We operate at tolerances that leave no room for ambiguity. Our SPC data shows 99.2% of processes within Cpk 1.33 or better. Every build traveler is traceable to component lot level.

Reliability

Our target defect rate is below 0.1% DPPM. We don't ship until it's right — not because we're slow, but because we built the process right the first time.

Innovation

We invest 8% of revenue in process R&D annually. From advanced plasma cleaning protocols to novel die attach void reduction techniques, we stay ahead of what's next.
